Job Full Description
Our client is a leading manufacturer of high quality US flags of all sizes. They also offer state flags, foreign flags, marine flags, message and decorative flags and banners and a wide assortment of flagpoles and other flag-related products.
Job: Cell Operator
Monday - Friday, 6:15am-2:45pm, $17/hour
Responsibilities:
* Operate sewing and grommet machine to perform a variety of tasks including short joining, long joining, fly hemming, banding, and grommeting.
* Read and interpret sewing information from the work order.
* Maintain accurate production records.
* Keep work area clean and free from debris, trash and clutter.
Requirements:
* Ability to read and apply standard measures of a ruler or tape measure to 1/16".
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong team player with high performance objectives.
* Requires full manual dexterity to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms, climb stairs; balance; stoop; kneel; talk and hear.
* Fast paced, constantly changing work environment
