Job Full Description
Our client specializes in the wholesale distribution and processing of corrugated and interlocked flexible metal hoses
Orbital Welder:
Shift:
1st shift - 6:00am-2:30pm (Monday - Friday): $18/hour
Then move to 2nd shift: 2pm-12:30am Monday - Thursday (3 days weekend)
1.Set-up orbital welding equipment in the Corrugation Department
* Perform set-ups on orbital welder to meet production and quality requirements
* Perform set-up inspections per PTS documentation
* Diagnose and correct set-up problems
2. Operate orbital welding equipment in Corrugation Department
* Operate all orbital welding equipment and test circumferential welds in joined hose to meet production and quality requirements.
* Put joined hose on reels to meet production and quality requirements.
