Express Employment Specialized Recruiting Group is looking for a proactive and experienced Change Manager to support business transformation initiatives for our client who provides back office logistics services for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) businesses nationally. This individual will lead the planning, development, and execution of change management strategies to support enterprise-level initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained adoption throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead change management activities for high-impact projects across departments, with a focus on employee engagement and successful implementation.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Philadelphia headquarters and regional operations to ensure alignment and local buy-in.
- Develop and deliver change strategies, impact assessments, and detailed communications tailored to internal audiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in organizational change management, preferably within a CPG or manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to drive change in both unionized and non-union environments is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with cross-functional teams in a corporate setting.
- Familiarity with change management principles, methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR), and tools.
