Express Employment Professionals Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a full-time Technical Support Engineer for a Philadelphia-based non-profit organization.

The Technical Support Engineer is a new role created to support their growing operational and service needs. This is a full-time direct hire position with generous benefits. This role is full on site (NOT remote)
This role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure. It requires someone with hands on experience supporting end users, managing Windows and cloud-based environments, and troubleshooting across a hybrid infrastructure. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced, service oriented environment are essential.
Qualifications -
- · Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field experience.
- · 3+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- · Strong knowledge of Virtualization, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, DNS, and file server management.
- · Experience with cloud-hosted CRM systems.
- · Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows 10/11 workstations and laptops.
Compensation & Benefits -
- · Salary range, 65,000 to $75,500
- · Employee Health Benefits, 100% covered for employee
- · Paid holidays – 11 days, PTO – 21 days
