Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour
Position Overview
Electric Motor Assembly Technician
This role involves building and servicing electric motors and related components by following detailed technical instructions, blueprints, and production documentation. The focus is on maintaining quality standards while meeting production timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Electric Motor Assembly Technician
- Assemble electric motors and sub-components using established procedures and diagrams
- Follow production schedules and direction from the Manufacturing Supervisor
- Perform wiring tasks based on electrical specifications
- Operate specialized tools and equipment as needed
- Complete finishing tasks such as painting when required
- Assist with troubleshooting and repair of existing motors
- Communicate any production concerns or technical questions to leadership promptly
- Contribute suggestions that improve workflow, efficiency, or product quality
Qualifications
Electric Motor Assembly Technician
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience assembling electric motors or similar equipment
- Background in mechanical work, machining, painting, or electrical wiring is preferred
- Mechanical experience (automotive, industrial, or similar) is a strong match
Skills & Abilities

- Ability to read and follow technical instructions, prints, and diagrams
- Comfortable working with measurements, including fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
