Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
Pay: $16.50/hr
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This role involves accurately processing orders, maintaining a clean warehouse, and ensuring efficient shipment of items.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack items for shipment following company standards.
- Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
- Communicate effectively with team members to prioritize tasks.
- Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting as needed.
Must Haves:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center.
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
