Job Title: Maintenance Technician - DIRECT HIRE
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Rates: $24.00-$32.00/hr
Work Schedule: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm

Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of chemical processing equipment and systems
- Familiarity with pumps, valves, piping, and instrumentation used in chemical plants
- Deep commitment to safety practices and protocols in handling hazardous chemicals and operating industrial equipment
- Maintenance experience is a must
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on chemical processing equipment including pumps, valves, reactors, and distillation units
- Identify and diagnose equipment malfunctions, leaks, and other issues, and develop effective solutions to address them promptly
- Conduct calibration and testing of equipment and instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability in chemical processing operations
- Monitor chemical inventories and equipment spare parts, and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supplies are available to support ongoing operations
- Perform other job duties as assigned by management
