Job Opening: Stand-Up Forklift Operator – Produce Distribution
Location: South Charlotte, NC
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $18.00/hr – $20.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely maneuver produce pallets from floor to truck and vice versa
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet delivery expectations
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse
- Ensure trucks are loaded with the correct produce for timely delivery
- Work independently while contributing to a strong team dynamic
Requirements:
- Experience operating a stand-up forklift
- Background in warehouse or distribution preferred
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, stooping, walking)
- Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to completing the job
- Strong attention to safety and detail
