Job Title: Machine Operator (Entry-Level to Advanced)
Location: Rock Hill, SC
Schedule: Friday – Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
About the Role
Machine Operators are essential team member, ensuring the overall quality of products and the satisfaction of our customers. This position offers an opportunity to start at an entry-level and grow into an advanced role with training and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor Gambini machinery to maintain product quality.
- Perform routine checks and adjustments to ensure smooth machine operation.
- Use general warehouse equipment, machinery, and hand tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Requirements
- Previous machining or machine operation experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks, including:
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Pushing, pulling, and squatting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to work overnight weekend shifts.
