Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Summary 

Kit Assembly & Forklift Associate

This role focuses on assembling cardboard kits and preparing them for shipment in a production environment. The work is repetitive and requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to meet hourly production standards.

Job Duties 

Kit Assembly & Forklift Associate

• Fold perforated cardboard boxes to build kits
• Secure the bottom of each kit to a pallet using a pneumatic staple gun connected to an air compressor
• Use four staples per kit to attach to the pallet
• Place remaining kit components into the portion of the box stapled to the pallet
• Maintain a production rate of 22.95 kits per hour
• Load completed pallets onto trucks using a forklift (forklift experience is a plus)
• Keep the work area clean and follow safety procedures

Requirements 

Kit Assembly & Forklift Associate

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Comfort using hand and pneumatic tools, including a staple gun
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift during the workday
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required
• Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled hours
