Maintenance Welder
Direct Hire | On‑Site | Rock Hill, SC
Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (overtime as needed)
Position Summary
Maintenance Welder
We are hiring a Maintenance Welder for an on‑site, direct‑hire role in Rock Hill, SC. This position focuses on welding, fabrication, and mechanical maintenance to keep conveyor systems and related equipment operating safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Welder
- Perform welding and fabrication of parts and components
- Conduct mechanical maintenance on conveyor systems
- Replace worn or damaged parts and repair equipment issues
- Troubleshoot mechanical and operational problems
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance equipment
- Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment
- Drive company trucks as required for job tasks
- Complete work accurately while following all safety procedures
- Work closely with team members to meet production and maintenance needs
Required Skills & Experience
Maintenance Welder
- Welding experience (fabrication and repair)
- Mechanical maintenance background
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Hands‑on experience working with industrial equipment
