Status: Evaluation‑to‑Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Summary 

Heavy Equipment & Rigging Operator

We are hiring a Heavy Equipment & Rigging Operator to work with a rigging team handling large, heavy loads. This role involves setting up trucks, operating overhead cranes, and using heavy equipment and tools in yard and job site environments. Safety, precision, and teamwork are essential.

Key Responsibilities 

Heavy Equipment & Rigging Operator

• Work with rigging teams to move and position heavy loads
• Set up trucks and secure loads properly
• Operate overhead cranes and related lifting equipment
• Use rigging equipment rated for multi‑ton loads
• Operate heavy equipment and tools in the yard and on job sites
• Follow load plans, signals, and safety procedures
• Assist with general yard and site operations as needed
• Complete work safely, efficiently, and accurately

Required Skills & Experience 

Heavy Equipment & Rigging Operator

• Experience operating heavy equipment
• Rigging experience with large or heavy loads (tons)
• Familiarity with overhead crane operation
• Ability to safely use tools and equipment in industrial settings
