Heavy Equipment Operator / Lead Operator-Technician
Location: Rock Hill, SC
Shift: Day Shift
Pay: $22.00 – $24.00/hr
We’re hiring a dependable Lead Operator / Technician to support both warehouse and field operations. This position plays a key role in keeping work moving efficiently, ensuring equipment is operated safely, and helping crews stay productive throughout the day.
What You’ll Do
Heavy Equipment Operator / Lead Operator-Technician
- Operate a variety of equipment including forklifts (small to heavy), overhead cranes, and trucks
- Lead day-to-day workflow, helping keep team members on task and jobs on schedule
- Work both inside the warehouse and out in the field, adjusting to different job sites as needed
- Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling
- Perform basic mechanical checks and support equipment upkeep
- Follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work environment
What We’re Looking For
Heavy Equipment Operator / Lead Operator-Technician
- Experience operating heavy equipment, forklifts, and/or overhead cranes
- Solid warehouse and driving experience
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- A team-focused mindset with a steady and reliable work approach
- Ability to step into different roles as needed throughout the day
- Strong work ethic and a positive, flexible attitude
Physical Requirements

- Regular walking, bending, stooping, and squatting
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs consistently
