Now Hiring: Electrical Maintenance Technician
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay: $30 – $34/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team in Charlotte. If you’re someone who knows your way around electrical systems, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in keeping equipment running smoothly, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Performing preventive maintenance on machinery, boilers, air compressors, and other equipment
- Troubleshooting and repairing both electrical and mechanical systems
- Ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently
- Keeping detailed and accurate maintenance records
- Assisting with the installation and setup of new equipment
What You Bring to the Table
- A strong background in electrical systems
- Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical repairs
- Familiarity with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Bonus if you have fabrication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience programming and troubleshooting PLCs
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
