Job Full Description
We are seeking an entry-level Customer Accounts & Loan Renewal Representative to support our financial services team. In this role, the employee will:
Make outbound calls to customers regarding past-due accounts and assist with payment arrangements.
Conduct outbound solicitation to encourage customers to renew existing loans.
Handle cash, cards, and other payment transactions accurately.
Balance and reconcile a cash drawer daily.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Follow company policies, compliance standards, and collection guidelines.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable on the phone, and eager to learn within a customer-focused financial environment.
Hours Mon 8 - 5:30, Tues, 8:30- 5:30, Wed 8:00 - 1:30
Thurs- Fri 8:30- 5:30
