Express Employment Professionals is partnering with an established company in Spartanburg County that has an immediate need for an Account Executive on their team.
The Account Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and supporting the production and installation process to ensure client satisfaction. This role requires adaptability, teamwork, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving challenges.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving sales and profitability goals while fostering a positive company culture.
Identify new opportunities and adapt quickly to shifting business priorities and customer demands.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, existing clients and fellow teammates.
Make timely, critical decisions that balance the best interests of clients, the company and the team.
Monitor quality standards across all phases of production and installation to ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare and maintain operational reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis as needed.
Collaborate as a team player, driving sales and assisting in production and installation process when needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority.
Must be computer knowledgeable and willing to learn to be proficient in various software programs.
Physical Demands:
The nature of work requires an ability to effectively communicate and exchange information; collect, compile, and prepare work
documents, and operate equipment. Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb up and down steps and in and out of vehicles, and maneuver around
physical obstructions while performing various duties. Must have the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.
Working Conditions:
Work performed in an office/shop environment but may require working outside with exposure to adverse weather conditions. May require extended hours during peak periods. Travel within the area and occasional overnight travel outside the area as required.
Other Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
Pay Structure:
Base pay plus commission.
