Job Title: Order Picker (High Reach Equipment)
Location: Greer, SC
Pay: $19/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Occasional overtime and Saturdays as needed
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Order Picker to join our warehouse team in Greer, SC. This role requires operating high-reach order picking equipment (20–25 feet) and handling daily warehouse functions including picking, packing, staging, and shipping orders. Candidates must be comfortable working at heights and have prior experience in a distribution or fulfillment environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate an order picker at heights up to 20–25 feet
- Accurately pick, pack, stage, and ship customer orders
- Use handheld scanners and inventory systems to track products
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols
- Inspect and verify orders for accuracy before shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a distribution center, fulfillment, or logistics environment
- Previous experience operating order pickers, forklifts, cherry pickers, or similar equipment
- Comfortable working at heights (REQUIRED)
- Experience using RF scanners, tablets, or inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift, stand, and move throughout the shift
