Warehouse Associate – Spindale, NC.
Pay: $21/hour.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:45 AM–4:00 PM; Friday, 6:45 AM–2:00 PM.
Location: Spindale, NC.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team in a fast-paced wholesale HVAC distribution environment. This position is responsible for maintaining warehouse inventory and the daily movement, processing, and shipment of HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies to customers and vendors.
Responsibilities

Load and unload products from trucks using a forklift and/or hand truck.

Receive, inspect, and properly stock incoming merchandise.

Verify received items against orders to ensure accuracy.

Pick, verify, and prepare customer orders and inter-office transfers for shipment.

Complete daily forklift and truck maintenance checklists.

Assist management with inventory counts and warehouse organization.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
-
Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material-handling experience preferred.

Forklift experience preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and safely handle warehouse materials.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
A criminal background check and 10-panel drug screen are required for this position.
