Customer Service & Showroom Coordinator

Location: Greer, SC

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional individual to support our showroom and office operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Manage the office texting line, internet leads, and social media
• Update customer quotes and follow up as needed
• Plan and coordinate events, including Open Houses and Customer Appreciation Nights
• Maintain the showroom and customer refreshment area
• Provide administrative support to the Manager
• Work all Saturdays except one per month

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized with the ability to multitask
• Proficient with computers and social media
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor

Full-time position. Pay $20
