NOW HIRING – Customer Service Representative
We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative in the Cookeville, TN area. Pay is $18-20 an hour with 1st Shift Available
Responsibilities:
-Work closely with the sales team to ensure the order management process runs smoothly and efficiently.
-Order entry and order follow up in Oracle system.
-Deliver outstanding customer service over the phone, emails, and live chat.
-Manage order lifecycle from receipt through shipment.
-Ensure the shipping dates are set and deadlines are met, providing detailed updates and tracking information.
Skills:
-Proven experience in a relevant field
-Ability to work independently and motivated
-Prioritization and time management skills
-Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
