💰 Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 per year (DOE)
🔍 About This Position
As a Manufacturing Supervisor placed through Express, you’ll oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency at one of our trusted client facilities in the Upper Cumberland region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a production team to meet or exceed daily/weekly targets
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards
- Use computer systems (ERP, MS Office) to monitor productivity and maintain records
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor or similar role
- Strong computer skills (ERP, Excel, Word)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
