· Setting up new printers, connecting them to networks, and configuring them for optimal performance.
· Diagnosing and fixing hardware and software issues, including replacing malfunctioning parts, clearing paper jams, and addressing connectivity problems.
· Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, replacing toner or ink cartridges, and updating firmware.
· Providing end-user training and support, assisting with printer-related issues, and offering guidance on proper printer usage.
