Job Full Description
We are hiring reliable, hardworking individuals for a local sandbag manufacturing facility in the Overton County area.
Job Details:
- Operate automated sand-filling machine
- Load empty 35-lb sandbags onto the machine
- Remove filled bags from conveyor belt and stack/palletize in designated area
- Keep work area clean and safe
- Repetitive lifting up to 35 lbs (bags are filled by machine – no manual filling)
Pay: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some overtime possible) Location: Overton County, TN
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for entire shift and perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable transportation and good attendance
- Steel-toe boots required (some assistance available)
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
