Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Die Corrector to support a local manufacturing team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining dies to ensure optimal production quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, repair, and maintain stamping dies and tooling
-
Troubleshoot die issues affecting quality, fit, or production output
-
Perform adjustments, sharpening, and preventative maintenance on dies
-
Work closely with press operators and tool & die team to correct defects
-
Read and interpret blueprints and tooling schematics
-
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in die correction, tool & die, or metal stamping required
-
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
-
Knowledge of presses, die sets, and metal forming processes
-
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
