Now Hiring: Production(Torque Converter Remanufacturing)
Cookeville, TN | $15–$17/hr | 1st Shift Available
Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Production Associates for a company specializing in the remanufacturing of torque converters. This is a great opportunity to join a hands-on, team-oriented environment with room to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Disassemble, clean, and reassemble torque converters
- Inspect parts for wear, damage, or defects
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Follow detailed instructions and production processes
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Meet daily production goals and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or mechanical experience preferred
- Ability to use hand tools and work with small components
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
