What You Will Do:
Contact medical, dental, and long-term care providers to resolve claim discrepancies
Communicate professionally by phone and email
Research account information and document updates in internal systems
Maintain accurate notes and track progress on accounts
Work toward daily and weekly goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
What We Are Looking For:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Dependability and interest in long-term employment
Preferred (but not required):
Call center or office customer service experience
Exposure to healthcare, insurance, or billing environments
