Responsibilities:
- Maintain grain cleaning procedures and daily supply.
- Ensure CIP levels are correct and logs are current.
- Maintain cooking protocols to keep moisture consistent.
- Record and maintain cook logs.
- Process and record grain QA samples.
- Observe and practice safety procedures at all times.
- Attend scheduled safety meetings.
Skills/Qualities Required:
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Record comments on occurrences affecting cook quality.
- Turn in physical inventory sheets on time.
- Maintain clean work areas.
