We are currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support a wide range of HR functions and help ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant people operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits, payroll, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate employee files and documentation.
- Provide support for employee relations and HR inquiries.
- Help ensure smooth delivery of HR services and alignment with organizational goals.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Human Resources–focused role.
- Knowledge of both HR and payroll concepts required.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of service.
- Ability to communicate effectively—both hearing and speaking—to exchange information and support employee needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
