Responsibilities
- Greet and meet all visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phones and direct calls as needed
- Perform general office tasks: filing, faxing, distributing mail
- Assist in various departments as needed—must be flexible and willing to “wear many hats”
Requirements
- Welcoming, professional, and well‑presented demeanor
- Strong team player with excellent customer service skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand, walk, answer phones, and use a computer
- Reliable, friendly, and able to adapt to different tasks as needed
