Responsibilities
- Change fixtures as needed

Unclogging sinks, toilets, or drains

Touch‑up painting

Fixing or tightening loose door handles, or hinges
- Troubleshoot HVAC issues
- Complete make‑ready duties for rooms and facility areas
Experience & Requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues within rooms and facilities
- Experience with minor electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks
- Make-ready experience preferred
- Must be able to perform physical tasks including walking, sweeping, bending, and reaching
- Reliable, safety‑focused, and able to work independently
