Responsibilities
- Wipe down doors, walls, and high-traffic areas to maintain cleanliness
- Perform general upkeep to keep the facility presentable
- Complete light maintenance as needed
- Perform basic yard work to maintain curb appeal (e.g., picking up debris, light trimming)
Requirements
- Clear background
- Valid Driver License
- Willingness to perform light maintenance and basic yard work
- Ability to provide friendly, professional customer service
- Dependable and able to work independently
