Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

• Forklift/Shipping: Safely lift and transport metal extrusion pieces, ranging from 12 to 18 feet in length, to their designated storage areas.

• Support for Purchasing Department: Assist by receiving ordered supplies and parts, verifying the bill of lading against the actual materials received, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

  • Receiving and Inspection:

    • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying quantities and condition against purchase orders.
    • Inspect materials for any damage and report discrepancies to the Purchasing department.

   

Requirements: 

• Forklift certification required.
• Must be able to operate an electric multi-directional forklift
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Previous experience as a receiving clerk preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
