Position Type: Data Entry Clerk
Pay: $16.00-$20.00/hr
Location: La Porte, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-5.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and update data into databases with high accuracy
- Perform data collection and verification to ensure information integrity
- Utilize Excel to create pivot tables and generate reports
- Assist with clerical and administrative tasks, including filing and organizing office documents
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies
- Support team members in various office tasks as needed
- Regularly review and clean up existing data to maintain accuracy
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using databases and office software, particularly Excel
- Strong clerical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Familiarity with basic math concepts for data verification
- Previous experience in administrative or data entry roles preferred (but not required)
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a consistent work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
