Position Type: Site Administrator
Pay: $33.00/hr
Location: La Porte, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-5.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for all preparation, organization and closeouts for the production process.
- Generate various documents and production essentials to create an efficient and thorough process.
- Maintain material movements, transfer orders, and all transactions for the production warehouses.
- Daily collection and entry of production data into designated report or system program.
- Ensure production compliance as well as guaranteeing warehouse postings are current.
- External communication with trucks
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Knowledge of D365 or other ERP systems
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, Dynamics AX
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in logistics setting
- 5 years of experience with purchase orders
- HS/GED
- Knowledge of D365 or other ERP systems
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, Dynamics AX
