Position Type: Inside Sales CSR
Pay: $20.00/HR
Location: Texas City, TX
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers over the phone
- Contact potential customers via phone and/or online
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Set follow-up appointments for Outside Sales to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Work with Manufacturing and Production departments to meet customer's requests on orders
- Make outbound courtesy calls and email updates to customers advising them of their ship dates and any delays
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem solver
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- HS/GED
