Job Full Description
Position Type: Shipping Coordinator
Pay: $18 - $20/HR
Location: Seabrook, TX
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM
Key Responsibilities
- Pull inventory, stage, and wrap orders for shipping
- Research Inventory Discrepancies
- Coordinate workload for both freight and small package shipping clerks
- Organize the work flow of all products throughout the shipping and receiving departments
- Prepare shipping documents, including bill of ladings, labels and export paperwork
- Potential to lead and manage members of the shipping department
- Prepare HazMat paperwork for International and Domestic Ocean/Air/Ground Freight
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Posses the stamina and strength to stand for long hours
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Forklift experience/certification a plus
- Availability to work overtime hours when needed
