Accounts Receivable Clerk
Location: Edinburg, TX
Pay Rate: $14.00 – $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including phone calls, texts, and mail

Greet and assist customers or visitors and schedule appointments

Prepare, process, and file office documents including invoices, bills, and memos

Perform data entry and maintain both electronic and paper records

Support general office functions and accounting operations as needed
Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience reconciling accounts and basic payroll knowledge

Proficient multitasker able to manage a fast-paced office environment

Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
