Restaurant Manager
$40,000 – $50,000 per year (based on experience)
Full-time, 55 hours per week, 2 days off per week (Mon/Tues)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish), passionate about hospitality, and able to manage all aspects of the restaurant to ensure a smooth and successful operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front- and back-of-house operations
- Manage and train staff to ensure high-quality customer service
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Create schedules and manage labor to meet budget targets
- Support marketing and promotional efforts to increase revenue
- Report sales, labor, and food cost metrics to ownership/upper management
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish (required)
- Valid Texas Food Manager Certification (required)
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
- Ability to work 55 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Flexible to work at other company restaurants, as needed.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with POS systems and restaurant software is a plus
