Production Team Lead
South McAllen, TX
$15.00 per hour
Two Shifts are Available: 3pm-1pm M-Th and 7am-7pm F, S, & Sun both shifts have OT when needed
Company Overview:
A leading manufacturer in South McAllen is seeking a Production Team Lead to oversee the production department within their facility. This leadership role focuses on improving quality, safety, productivity, and cost-efficiency while guiding production teams in a mechanical parts manufacturing environment.
Job Duties:

Supervise and coordinate daily operations of assigned production department

Monitor and improve departmental KPIs including quality, cost, safety, and productivity

Schedule and assign tasks to team members while managing labor and materials to meet production targets

Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and developing staff
-
Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
-
Prior leadership and manufacturing experience

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word

Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-driven
