Now Hiring: Material Handler
Location: McAllen, TX
Pay Rate: $13.50/hour
Schedule: Full-Time; availability for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift required
We are currently hiring dependable Material Handlers to support production operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This position involves physical work in a warm setting and requires attention to detail and flexibility across shifts.
Job Duties:

Sort and stage materials for production lines, including scroll, press, and anneal oven operations

Move pallets, pans, and other supplies using proper handling procedures

Follow detailed work instructions and maintain accurate documentation

Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain workstation organization
Requirements:

Ability to perform physical tasks and work in warm conditions

Flexible availability for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Reliability and punctuality in a team-oriented environment

Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus
