Location: McAllen, TX
Pay: $11.00 per hour
Shifts Available:

Monday – Thursday: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Monday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Sunday – Thursday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Job Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking experienced and reliable Machine Operators to join a local manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating manufacturing equipment such as punch press machines, tools and die, and plastic molding machinery. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery in accordance with production requirements

Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain quality and efficiency

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience operating manufacturing equipment such as punch press, tools and die, or plastic molding machines

Ability to read and follow production instructions and safety protocols

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work assigned shift schedule and overtime as needed

Team player with strong communication skills
