Job Title: Installer Helper
Location: McAllen, TX
Pay Rate: $14.00 – $18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking two reliable and hardworking Installer Helpers to join a local team in McAllen, TX. This is a full-time position assisting door installation projects, prepping materials, and maintaining the shop.
Responsibilities:

Assist the lead installer with door installation tasks.

Prep and maintain doors and shop area.

Measure accurately using a tape measure.

Cut wood and prepare materials for installation.
Requirements & Qualifications:

Previous construction experience preferred.

Experience using power tools and hand tools.

Ability to lift and handle materials safely.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
