Repack Associate – Manufacturing
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Location: McAllen, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is hiring Repack Associates for a local manufacturing company in the McAllen area. This position is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Repack and inspect products according to company standards.

Make adjustments or corrections to items that have already been processed.

Maintain quality control by ensuring accuracy and consistency in repacked items.

Stand for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks.

Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Assist with other production-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required.

Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks.

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects or inconsistencies.

Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to take direction.
