Job Title: 2nd Shift Machine Operator
Location: McAllen, TX
Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift – Must be flexible to work weekends and overtime
We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a well-established manufacturing company located in South McAllen. This position is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience operating presses, drill presses, plastic molding machines, and other manufacturing machinery.
Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor various manufacturing machines, including presses, drill presses, and plastic molding equipment

Maintain quality control by inspecting finished products and making necessary adjustments
-
Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
-
Troubleshoot and report minor mechanical issues
-
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly targets
Requirements & Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required
-
Previous experience in manufacturing machine operation

Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed

Must pass a background check

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
