Job Summary: This position is responsible to work with management and ensure that stacking, dumping, and packing the produce in bags/boxes get performed in a safe and efficient manner in the same way as any other task assign by supervisor. Stacker/dumper will reassure that when completing any assign task, it is always on compliance with the proper protocols and procedures as per expectations; therefore, resulting in producing a final product that meets all policies and clients’ requests. Primary Responsibilities and
Duties:
• Stacking, Dumping, Loading and Unloading cardboard boxes.
• Repetitive heavy lifting.
• Follow company policy and safety rules.
• Inspect and grade product within standards.
• Weight specification must be met for all orders.
• Inspect weight of product to assure that specifications are met.
• Attach appropriate labels and tags to produce and packages.
• Help dispose product in dumpster and maintain area clean.
• Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined.
• Stretch wrap products.
• Must always wear employee badge ID inside the facility.
