Job Full Description
Express is looking for Grounds Maintenance candidates:
WORK TO BE PERFORMED
• Do general lawn care duties like groundskeeping, and lawn maintenance including mowing, raking, mulching, blowing, weeding, fertilizing, edging, pruning, cleaning of debris and trash
• Trimming trees and shrubs
• Tend to flower beds using a sprinkler or irrigation system
• Apply pesticide as needed for weed control
• Assist your team with landscape maintenance
• Complete & provide detailed daily assignments of work to Facilities Maintenance
• Must be able to work outdoors in heat and cold temperatures
• Must be able to work after hours or during emergencies when required
• Recommend continuous improvement ideas throughout the park
• Be available to help in other areas when needed
• Must lift up to 60 pounds and be able to move equipment
• Standing for long periods of time and working in heat and cold temperatures
• Other job functions will be performed if and when required.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting, or shoveling
Pay: $13.00
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
