Job Title: Remote Call Center Supervisor (Work From Home)

Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)

Position Type: Full-Time, Temporary (Project Duration: 1–6 months)

Compensation: $22/hour

Estimated Start Date: Monday, October 6th (Please call for schedules; may include weekends)

 

Program Overview:
Express Employment Professionals McAllen is hiring Remote Call Center Supervisors to oversee daily operations of a call center team. Supervisors will monitor performance, coach agents, ensure operational efficiency, and support high-quality customer service. This project is expected to last 1–6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, assign, and direct work for call center agents.

  • Monitor agent calls and provide quality assurance evaluations.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

  • Provide immediate feedback, coaching, counseling, and recognition for employee performance.

  • Prepare reports on agent performance, attendance, and project metrics.

  • Monitor and report call volume, staffing schedules, and system issues to management.

  • Address agent complaints and resolve problems promptly.

  • Assist with training and development of employees through demonstration, observation, and constructive feedback.

  • Handle sensitive customer data, including credit card information, securely and professionally.

  • Monitor agent attendance, including start and end times.

  • Motivate and assist agents in setting and achieving goals.

Requirements:

  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).

  • Must have a reliable Windows 11 computer with a working camera and Windows Defender as the only active antivirus.

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Associates degree plus one to two years’ experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum 6–12 months’ project experience required.

  • Prior experience training, supervising, coaching, or mentoring required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Proven ability to motivate teams and achieve goals.

  • Ability to handle stress, including difficult or emotional customers or employees.

  • Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and management.
