Job Title: Warehouse Manager – Multi-Location Operations
Location: McAllen, TX
Pay: $60,000 - $65,000 per year
Schedule: Full-time
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for a high-volume, multi-warehouse order fulfillment operation. The Warehouse Manager will oversee product receipt, shipping accuracy, and resource optimization while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer requirements. This position is critical to maintaining efficiency, quality, and a safe working environment.
Responsibilities:

Strategically manage warehouse operations in alignment with company policies, mission, and vision

Ensure timely and accurate shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment to meet customer commitments

Lead and develop warehouse supervisors and staff, focusing on performance improvement and continuous development

Recruit, hire, and retain quality talent to maintain optimal staffing levels

Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures across all warehouse functions

Monitor safety, quality, shipping accuracy, labor productivity, service levels, and inventory control

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing concepts (Standard Work, Kaizen events, pull systems, etc.)

Oversee and protect company assets including building, equipment, and inventory

Ensure compliance with safety and security requirements, including CTPAT

Support quality management systems (QMS), audits, and continuous improvement practices

Establish employee development plans and conduct performance appraisals for direct reports

Create a positive and engaging work environment where employees are accountable for safety and quality

Perform other duties as assigned by senior leadership
Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED required; additional education preferred

Minimum of 5 years of warehouse management experience in a high-volume environment

Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, shipping/receiving, and inventory management

Experience leading, training, and developing teams in a fast-paced environment

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems

Proven success in implementing process improvements and driving results

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
