Location: Kingsville, TX
Pay Rate: $15.00 per Hour
Schedule: Full-Time/Part time Positions Available

Motor Bank Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:20 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch); Saturdays (rotated), 7:50 AM – 12:00 Noon

Main Bank Hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:50 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:50 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch); rotating Saturdays at the Motor Bank

Job Responsibilities:

Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and check cashing

Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with all banking regulations

Accurately balance your cash drawer at the end of each shift

Assist customers with inquiries and resolve basic banking issues

Promote bank products and services in a professional manner

Maintain secure and accurate transaction records following established procedures
Requirements & Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in finance/business is a plus)

Previous experience in customer service, cash handling, or banking preferred
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with banking software
