Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Cleaning Associate to help maintain a clean and organized work environment for a local company in the Pharr area. This position involves general janitorial duties including cleaning offices, break rooms, and restrooms to ensure a safe and welcoming space for all employees.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily coffee for the office staff
- Clean and sanitize offices, break rooms, and restrooms
- Wash dishes and maintain kitchen areas
- Sweep, mop, and wax floors as needed
- Clean windows and glass surfaces
- Empty trash cans and replace liners regularly
- Maintain cleaning supplies and report when restocking is needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or custodial work preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Must be able to follow cleaning schedules and work independently
